HMDA has taken up construction of Annexe Building – II with G+3 Pattern in Paigah Palace premises with an outlay of Rs. 3.25 Crores. As per the U.S.Green Building Counsel Norms for Silver Rating with a view to set an example for the society as a planning body. The work was grounded accordingly in April 2006 and completed in all respects. This Annexe Building – II is the only Government Green Building in the entire state.
