Development of Infrastructure facilities at SEZ in Kokapet
|

HMDA planned to develop an IT & ITES SEZ at Kokapet in an area of approximately 119 acres. This SEZ project received formal approval from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GoI, during October 2006. The entire area has been earmarked as a processing zone. An MoU has already been entered into with the following IT majors.

Sports Complex At Katedhan

A sports complex is being constructed at Katedan, with an outlay of Rs. 7 crores. Components like an indoor stadium, a basket ball court, a hand ball court, a tennis court and a kabaddi court are being included. |

Bridge Across Musi River Connecting Hyderguda At Bapughat, Lunger Houz

HMDA has taken up the construction of a bridge on river Musi at Bapughat for better connectivity, and to decongest the Bapughat, Lunger Houz and Hyderguda areas.

Features of the bridge:
- Length : 180 Rmts.
- Width : 7.5 m
|
| The project costs Rs. 4.95 crores, and the scheduled period of its construction is 9 months. |
|

| The agency has been finalized, and the work will be grounded shortly, after handing over of the site by the A P Tourism Development Corporation. |
