Flyover at Langer Houz

The HMDA took up the construction of a flyover at Langer Houz junction, to ease traffic at the junction. It was taken up on an EPC basis with an outlay of Rs. 17.00 Crores. The flyover is a 4-lane divided carriageway with 2 ramps.

On completion, this flyover will ease traffic on the following 4 major roads:

Road leading to Golconda fort.
Road to Bapughat, Gandipet & CBIT.
Road leading to IRR and Old City.
Road to Mehdipatnam.

Length : 695 m

Width : 15 m

Scheduled period of Construction: 15 Months

Grade Separator at Hitech City Junction

A grade separator was taken up at Hitech City Junction, with a flyover and an underpass, in order to ease the traffic there.

The flyover is being planned for the traffic from the IT Parks towards Kukatpally (Spinal Road). The underpass is being planned for the other direction, i.e., for the traffic from Kondapur to Jubilee Hills Checkpost.
