A. Eco-Park at Kothwalguda:

Proposed Eco-park at Kothwalguda in 3 phases. Phase-I Providing water supply lines, Providing storm water pipelines, Cross Drainage works, Providing Electrification, Toilets facility with Sewage treatment, Removal of Trapped boulders and loose rocks in quarry pits for making site suitable for Aviary, Aquatic Birds and Butter fly Park,Roads and Pathways( In Circuits). Phase-II Entrance Plaza, Aquatic Bird Park, Aviary, Butter Fly Park Phase-III Public Park & Picnic Area, Open Air Theatre, Rural Huts + Food Court, Solar Farm, Sculpture Park, Administration

B. Development of Inter City Bus Terminal (ICBT) at Miyapur, Hyderabad on PPP Mode Project Brief:

To provide one stop integrated facilities to Passengers, Public & Private Bus Operators and their Staff. The state-of-the-art Inter City Bus Terminal (ICBT) at Miyapur, Hyderabad,
Project Cost: Rs. 100 Crores

Project Area and Location:
55 Acres of land of HMDA in Sy No. 20(P) & 28 at Miyapur. This site is located on Miyapur - Bachupally highway and 2km away from Miyapur Junction on NH9.

Status
. The Government accorded approval to take up the project vide G.O.Rt no.883 dated:27.12.2016.

C. Development of Logistic Park at Batasingaram,Mangalpally, Hyderabad on PPP Mode Project Brief:

To provide infrastructure facilities for efficient logistics management and regional hub, at Batasingaram, and Mangalpally as an Integrated One stop facility for freight Operators, Third Party Logistic (3PL) service providers, cargo handling companies, truck drivers, warehousing, parking etc. on Public Private Partnership mode.

Project Cost:
Batasingaram Rs 35 Crores and Mangalpally Rs. 20 Crores.

Batasingaram – 40 Acres land located in Batasingaram Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, about 7 km beyond ORR on Vijayawada Highway.
Mangalpally – 22 acres land located in Mangalpally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, about 500 m from ORR Bonguluru Junction on Nagarjunasagar Highway.

Status:

Batasingaram – Government approval is given to the project vide G.O.Rt.No.744 dated 18.10.2016.
Mangalpally – Government approval is given to the project vide G.O.Rt.No.745 dated 18.10.2016
