Land Pooling Scheme

HMDA may undertake to develop a Land Pooling Scheme / Development Scheme / Area Development Plan / other land assemblage project in their jurisdiction suo moto or upon the representation of concerned pattedars / land owners videG.O.Ms.306 MA & UD (Plg.1) Department dated 07.12.2017.
The developable area shall be shared between the Land Owner and Developer in the ratio of 60:40 vide G.O.Ms.No.83MA & UD Plg-I Department dated 4-6-2020.
